Terms of Service
Last updated: April 26, 2026
By engaging OneClickDone for services, you agree to the terms below. We've written these in plain language — no legalese. If anything is unclear, just ask us.
1. Services
OneClickDone provides web design, web development, website refresh/redesign, SEO optimization, and website maintenance services for businesses. The specific scope of work for each project is agreed upon in writing before work begins.
2. Project Agreements
Each project begins with a scoping call and a written summary of the work, timeline, and price. No work begins until both parties have agreed on the scope in writing (email is sufficient). Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope will be quoted separately before being undertaken.
3. Payment
- A deposit (typically 50%) is required before project work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before the site goes live.
- Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance.
- Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We reserve the right to pause work on projects with overdue invoices.
4. Client Responsibilities
A successful project requires your participation. You agree to:
- Provide content (text, images, logos) needed for your project in a timely manner.
- Respond to questions and review requests within a reasonable timeframe (typically 5 business days).
- Ensure all content and materials you provide are owned by you or properly licensed for use.
Significant delays caused by a client may affect the agreed timeline. We'll always communicate proactively if this happens.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in your project scope. Revisions are changes to existing elements — new features or significant scope changes are quoted separately.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the final website design and content we create specifically for you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We may use open-source tools, frameworks, or licensed assets in your build — ownership of those remains with their respective rights holders.
7. Cancellations
Either party may cancel a project with written notice. If you cancel after work has begun, you are responsible for payment for work completed up to the cancellation date. Deposits are non-refundable once project work has started.
8. Limitation of Liability
OneClickDone is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of websites we build. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not responsible for third-party services (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors) used in connection with your website.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified of any material changes. The most current version is always available at this URL.
